“I just hated to see people unable to move forward in their lives,” she said. In the 20 years since she began FIT, nearly 4,200 unemployed and underemployed Nevadans have found jobs that pay enough to make them able to support a family without public assistance.
Crystal has over 20 years’ experience in the non-profit sector focusing on the betterment of the community and its people. “I am so happy to be working for FIT and seeing how FIT is changing the lives of Las Vegans one person at a time.” In her spare time, Crystal likes to read true crime novels, travel and spend time with her Godchildren in California.

Richard is our resident IT department and is responsible for maintaining the servers, workstations, software programs, and both websites for FIT and the Academy. He enjoys all things Star Wars, playing video games, and spending time with his family.

Fabiola, currently studying accounting at Western Governor's University, says “Everyone here is very caring, loving and sincere about helping others. We all care about the community.” She adds: “I enjoy hiking with my girls on the weekends.”
Anyone and everyone who steps in the FIT facility always remarks how clean and beautiful our building is. That’s because of our Facility Manager, Tony. Tony enjoys his collection of DVDs and riding his motorcycle.
Sara always enjoys helping when she can. She loves being a part of FIT because the organization is all about helping people. In her free time, she loves trying different food places and loves spending time with her family.
Tannya has always loved helping people better their lives. Whether it is giving advice or steering them in the right direction. She is glad to be working for FIT because they help people from many different backgrounds and she can continue doing what she loves.

Tameya is a Las Vegas native and has always had a passion for helping others. “Being at FIT allows me to give back to the community in a way that will impact the people we work with for years down the road. My hope is that I can have a positive influence on everyone I come in contact with and that our services will motivate them to keep going in life.” In her free time Tameya enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and trying new restaurants.

Roshian has been working with the justice involved population for 8 years, helping people to reintegrate back into society. "Working here at FIT allows me to continue to help people from different backgrounds find stable employment and reach their vocational goals."
Arianna is originally from Long Beach, California but has lived in Las Vegas for most of her life. She is passionate about giving back to the community and helping others. “I am excited to be a part of the FIT family to assist others in improving their lives. The FIT family cares and wants to see everyone succeed.” Arianna's favorite form of self-care is going to the gym. She also loves to try out new food places around the city in her free time.

I am originally from Nashville, Tennessee, but I have lived in Las Vegas for most of my life. Helping give back to the community I grew up in has always been one of my passions. After learning about the great programs that are offered here at FIT and seeing how caring the staff are, I knew I was right where I belong! I look forward to being able to further assist our community with the wonderful staff of FIT. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.

I am more than honored to be a part of the FIT team where I will give back to my community and help people be the best that they can be.” Jennifer is a little sister, a big sister, a dog mom, houseplant lover, and a foodie who loves to rave about her Yelp elite status.

Jessica knew from a young age she was destined to help those in need which persuaded her to get a social work degree. “I grew up with a single mother who has shaped me to be the caring and hardworking person I am today.” Being part of FIT is like being part of a family with a bunch of caring individuals, everyone at FIT wants to see people achieve goals they have always dreamed of. A quote she always tells others “There is a past version of yourself that is so proud of how far you have come, no matter which route was taken it has shaped who you are today.” In her free time, she loves being a tourist in her native city and trying new food places.

I am originally from Morelia, Mexico but I have been living in Las Vegas for most of my life. Having grown up in Vegas, I have seen our town change in many ways. I have always wanted to give back to my community and my goal has always been to be in a position where I can help people improve their lives. In my free time I also enjoy travelling, listening to music, and all things Tolkien.

“My goal in life has always been finding a career that allows me to serve my community and give back for the opportunities I’ve been given. Growing up here, right away I knew that I wanted to move back home after college and serve the wonderful community of Las Vegas. With FIT I am able to help people grow and accomplish their goals.” In his free time, Jordan enjoys traveling, camping, and voice acting, while also helping as the head assistant coach for UNLV’s wrestling team.
Throughout Josue’s life, he always dreamed of becoming a person who could serve the Las Vegas community in a great way. Josue takes great pride in finding the fire behind people’s motivations and helping them see it so they may grow to realize their own potential. “Being employed at FIT allows me to live my dream and help others pursue theirs. One of my favorite quotes states “the ideal person bears the accidents of life with dignity and grace, making the best of all circumstances”.

Nate Neal, a former standout linebacker for UNLV football, originates from The Inland Empire in Southern California. He enjoys creating interpersonal connections. “My passion is people. The most rewarding feeling is the moment when someone you worked closely with, transforms and takes control of their destiny”. In his spare time, Nate enjoys dancing, sports, and freestyle-spoken word.

I have 7 years’ experience providing Case Management services, assisting people in need to get connected with various community programs and services. I have experience helping connect individuals that are dealing with a variety of challenges, including but not limited to substance use, mental health, family issues, and job force difficulties. I believe in a strength based approach to strengthen and reinforce already known skills while building new ones to feel confident and be successful in whatever your goals are. I love being a part of a success story, we all win!

Tyler was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada where he attended UNLV for a Bachelors in Social Work and Minor in Criminal Justice. He has always had a passion to help individuals in the community and give back. Being a case manager at FIT has fueled his passion of working with the justice involved population and giving them a second chance. In his free time he likes to go to the gym, be outdoors, and travel. He is very proud to be a part of such an amazing family and organization!
